Stellergy Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: December 18, 2025

This policy outlines the general shipping and delivery process for our industrial steam generators and boiler equipment. Specific delivery terms for your order will be detailed in your sales contract.

1. Order Processing & Lead Time

  • An order is considered “confirmed” only after we receive a signed purchase order and any required deposit.

  • Production Lead Time: Standard equipment typically requires 15-30 working days for production and testing after order confirmation. Customized configurations may require more time, which will be communicated upfront.

  • Delivery Date Estimates: Any delivery date provided is an estimate. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

2. Shipping & Logistics

  • Incoterms: The shipping terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DAP) will be explicitly agreed upon in your sales contract. This defines cost responsibility and risk transfer.

  • Freight & Insurance: Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

  • Large Equipment: Our products are large and heavy. Delivery is to the agreed location (often the nearest port or your facility’s dock). Offloading and moving the equipment to its final installation site is the customer’s responsibility.

3. Delivery & Inspection

  • You must inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt for any visible damage or shortage. Note any issues on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

  • You must report any concealed damage or missing parts to us and the carrier within 3 business days of delivery via email with photographic evidence.

4. Changes & Cancellations
Orders in production cannot be canceled or changed without written agreement and may be subject to significant cancellation fees to cover incurred costs.
