Fully Premixed Surface Combustion Technology

Air and gas are thoroughly premixed before entering the combustion chamber, enabling precise air-fuel ratio control to reduce flue gas NOx emissions. The surface combustion method ensures more uniform heat distribution across the furnace body and higher heat transfer efficiency.

High-Efficiency Condensing Technology

Utilizing a SUS444 stainless steel finned condenser, this technology fully captures waste heat from flue gases to preheat the base water temperature while reducing exhaust gas temperatures below 60°C. This achieves exceptional thermal efficiency exceeding 101%, significantly enhancing equipment energy-saving performance.

Through-flow Steam Generation

This through-flow structure creates a smaller water volume, reducing safety risks and preheating energy consumption. It enables more efficient heat transfer for instant steam on demand, delivering faster operation and greater energy savings.

Heat Retention Wall Technology

This system creates a light and heat reflective barrier, enabling 360° radiant heat absorption by the fin tubes. It generates turbulent flow around the outer coil for secondary heat capture, while integrated flame baffles reduce flue gas velocity to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
